I will miss this series. It's given me everything this summer while so far the show has made me sad.

As a comic book geek, I love that Mercedes' bro gave Sam a copy of Static Shock. I wonder if he's got the reboot #1 or the original Milestone issues. It doesn't matter, I just love how Sam's getting more immersed in black culture.

Maybe I read too fast but where is Tina going to college?

This part got to me. "I'm not suitable for competitions," Mercedes said with a shrug, hating how tight her throat was getting and the prickling in her eyes. "I get it. After three years of being in this club you learn a thing or two, so we just need to do whatever we can to make sure we have the best shot of winning. The way Mercedes has internalized the criticism and the disappointing POV's of misguided people in glee club.

Aw, what a lovely, sentimental ending. You really should write for the show.

I'm really going to miss seeing updates on this, but this was a fantastic ending. I love that he got her a charm and not a ring, because they really are too young for that. At the same time, though, a promise for a future "someday definitely" felt really genuine and very sweet. "Miss Mercedes Jones-Someday-Evans," awwwwww! I've really enjoyed this fic from start to finish. Thanks so much for writing and sharing this! I hope to see more Samcedes from you soon. :)
