i'm so jealous! can't wait to see pics! i keep forgetting to talk to my family and ask them what else you should eat in Italy, but i will do that today and get back to you today or tomorrow - remember mozzarella de buffelo!(sp?) awesome cheese that usually comes with tomato slices at restaurants and eat lots of gelatto!

yeah had the buffello mozerella (it was called Caprese with the tomatoes and all). Also ate sheep cheese called pecorino, profiteroles, and lots of pasta. the food here is sooooo gooooood.

found out from mom that wild boar is popular in the florence area if todi is near by, also presuto(sp?)- thinnly sliced ham, is also yummy, but so is practically everything else

they had boar at the restaurant i went to tonight but i didn't have any. we had hare at our hotel. Eaten proscuitto, it's AMAZING. they had it at the wine tasting.
