Had a client at nine. Woke up at 8:56. She's been moved to another stylist for her convenience, but that doesn't change the panic attack or splitting headache I now have. Didn't have time to pack lunch or anything, and I'm working til 5.

I really can't stand the LJ app. It doesn't show anyone's posts on my feed.

My doctor increased my citalopram from 20mg to 40mg. Not soon enough. I've been so antisocial lately. I go to work and come home. Once a week I run mom around on errands. Occasionally Bob drags me out for dinner. It's all I can do to get out of bed each day. Mostly, I spend ( Read more... )

I feel awful, both physically and emotionally. All I want to do is eat and lay on my couch. Fucking commercials are making me teary eyed. The Toys R Us commercial with the little boy and his dad whose mom comes home on Christmas? Gets me every damn time.

Stupid hormones.

I cooked today. Had the family over for lunch/dinner. I got some really good snuggles from Nolan, for which I'm thankful. I'm thankful that my family is getting along, thankful for my health, the love of my pets, and that I'm in a good place emotionally.

I love that Nolan is nine and still wants to cuddle on the couch. It makes my heart smile.

Got up to pee (because my body thinks I'm an 80 year old and wakes me at odd hours to empty my bladder), came back to this bed hog.

I love her so much.
