I got some very encouraging comments about my PhD proposal from my supervisors in the department yesterday!! :-) I am now having trouble fitting my head through doorways, etc etc ......my dream may actually come true......I am sending off my application to the department tommorrow!  As soon as I get my offer I will reveal the title...AND I am off
