The firecracker poster is awesome, and the way they've sculptured the kids face is great. Sad thing is I think it makes firecrackers look a bit stylish, and that was hardly the intent. *g*

I pondered the syphilis thing myself, and I think the gasmasked dude is suppose to symbolise syphilis - and therefore he (it?) is depicted as an enemy soldier. Or something.

And the firecracker poster would make an awesome icon. Sadly my icon skills are zero. Do we know anyone who could be persuaded?
