Art Opening!

My art opening last night was great! There were a ton of people in attendance- all with very impressive resumes, deans of universities, editors of publications, curators of big museums, big shot scientists, and they all absolutely loved my work and talk! Consequently this made me extremely nervous given the fact that I had no idea what I was going

I think I speak for all WDC people when I say I'm sorry we didn't make it. It seemed a daunting task with a late work schedule and rush hour traffic.

I wish I could have come up there to see it- sadly the scheduling of my call days + the weekday just made it a very tough possibility. But I really do want to come out and see one of your art shows one of these days. Congratulations again and I love following your LJ just to get a chance to see how far you've come.

Well done, Kim. Looks like you had a good turnout and some very interested people there. Seriously, if I'm in your area in the next 6 months, unlikely but you never know, I'll definitely drop in to the gallery (that's how long the exhibition's running, right?).
