This week's ebay sale is a dozen Fela Kuti cds from the c.2000-2001 reissue series, most of them classic albums from the 1970, almost all of them two albums on one cd, all of them with terrific liner notes.

All cds start at 99 cents plus postage and (delicate, loving) handling; postage discounts if you win more than one cd.

Hmmm. I'm currently banned from eBay (not by eBay, but by my girlfreind, who sez I tend to squander my money on unnecessary junk on the internet) but I would buy all those off you.

I honestly don't have a good idea how much I can expect them to go for. That's why ebay is still a little bit exciting (and frustrating, of course) to me. The past sales don't seem to be a good guide, probably because so many auctions are ripoffs, I don't charge exorbitant postage, and I tend to sell a bunch of related stuff at the same time.
