Gluten-free chocolate chip zucchini brownies

Being a coeliac (or in my case wheat-intolerant) does not mean you have to say goodbye to baking. This is a quick and easy recipe the zucchini replacing some of the chocolate makes it a bit healthier than your normal brownies. For even more info and photos, you can have a look here

This sounds really interesting I would love to try it I just have 2 questions

does the taste of the coconut oïl seep through the cake? I've had food cooked in coconut oïl and the taste was pretty predominant

Cann I skip the milk or maybe sustitute it with almond or soy milk?

You won't be able to taste the coconut flavour (in my case that's a shame as I love coconut). And yes, you can substitute the normal milk with whatever milk you like. Hope you'll enjoy these, let me know how it goes!

G­­o­o­gle­ is paying 97$ per hour! Work for few hours and have longer with friends & family! On tuesday I got a great new Land Rover Range Rover from having earned $8752 this last four weeks.
