Blueberry and dark chocolate gateau with yogurt mousse

This was a request for a friend's birthday... she wanted blueberry and dark chocolate but apart from that it was entirely up to me how to make it happen.

I love the combination of dark chocolate and blueberries! Clearly I will need to pull out my Mrs. Beeton's, set my kitchen scale to grams, and convert the temperatures to Farenheit so I can replicate this in my kitchen.

Now I just need an occasion, a couple friends who like dark chocolate, a couple friends who really like blueberries, and... yeah, I need better friends for my baking pleasure.

This looks delicious. I wonder if it would work well with lemon instead of chocolate? I like chocolate okay but I usually prefer my fruit things to be really fruity.
