I dunno. I don't do a lot of things that would require them, so it never comes up until I'm wrist-deep in melted chocolate. ;)

The brown sugar instead of white in the shortbread is really a lovely switch.

Aw, and a working oven is vital! Mine totally burns things on the left. I covered the burned shortbread in caramel and dunked them anyway. LOL.
