Healthy Apple and Banana Muffins

These are delicious, full of fruit and only have around 200 calories each. To give you fair warning: if you eat four in the space of 36 hours, which is what I did, some of the health benefits might be cancelled out. Then again, it's also possible that in households other than mine a batch of muffins can last longer than a day and a half.

Those look YUM.
I'm not really one for muffins other than the protein ones I posted that I make when I'm working a lot. I SO want to try those when I come back home!!!

These DO look yum! I'll bet they would make a perfect fall breakfast along with some bacon and coffee, or something :)
