Whole wheat sandwich cookies

Due to a mix-up at the grocery store, we had a lot of whole wheat flour in the house. I figured there was no point in having all that protein and vitamin sitting around if I didn't do something to make it unhealthy, so here is the result! These cookies are a simple whole wheat
brown-sugar cookie, with chocolate cream cheese icing to sandwich them
