I think you could do chocolate cupcakes and have a peanut butter icing, and that would taste plenty like a pb cup.

make chocolate cupcakes, and fill them with peanut butter after baking and then top with chocolate ganache and crumbled RPBC!

you can just add peanut butter to your box mix too, just add until it tastes right :D

1) Use your fav. chocolate box mix.
2) Use this peanut butter frosting recipe http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Peanut-Butter-Frosting/Detail.aspx and go a bit heavy in center filling
3) Top with chocolate ganache after (if you want)

I really like that PB frosting recipe, it's super easy and tasty. You could make the icing & ganache while the cake is cooking & cooling.

When I made something similar, I did chocolate cake, peanut butter ganache filling, chocolate frosting, and a mini pb cup on top.
