Yes, last night, at around 3 a.m.-ish, someone broke into our house... I went to sleep a little before 2 a.m. so maybe they started working on the kitchen window grill some time after that...

At around 3 a.m-ish, my dad suddenly woke up and he opened the door and saw someone, running from the hall towards the kitchen... He must of been on his way ( Read more... )

yeah, we are getting rid of the windows and cement it all up... no more holes they can climb in through anymore... XD

My goodness, that's horrible! Theft is one of the worst things. I guess I must be talking about household theft since I'm sort of desensitized to corporate theft, hehe. Anyway, just glad no one was hurt by your mighty neko powers.

yeah, thankfully my dad woke up (maybe God or some guardian angel woke him up?) at that time.. he wasn't able to get his partner inside the house yet... if not, it could turn ugly...

there had been an increase of these type of cases in my town lately.. quite a few occupants were even beaten... in another state, they even rape the wife and daughters... (>.<)

I'm glad you're ok. >.< I'm also glad you didn't have a gun on hand, because no one would stand a chance against an enraged bakachi with a weapon. *shivers*

I hate when people do stupid things like that, leeching off people, instead of working to make the place they live in better by putting in effort. :/

oh my... but it's a good thing your dad woke up and no one was hurt! maybe you guys should install alarm systems?

and yes, people who can work but don't want to and just find the easy way out really ought to be despised. >_<

but looking at the plan you've formulated (reply to sarah's post), i just hope no one attempts to break into your house again, for your sake, as well as for their's XD

my sis' house has alarm system but still the robbers got in and stole her jewelleries... =.="

robbers these days aren't afraid of alarm system anymore... (>.<)

woow Bakachi, lucky that they ran off.. and they didn't try to use force on you or family..

I was robbed at my house when I was 9 years old, they took out our window in the kitchen and climbed through and let their partners in through the door..

At that time, it was me and 2 sisters so we were helpless, we got tied up and they ransacked our whole house.. lucky we weren't hurt..

but all our money was stolen..
