Got some poetry!
I have been having good friends, good food, and good times for the last couple of weeks
(Including lovely bright blue 80's tastic glowing boob dance crazy light show dancing with guys sweat til i pass out marry me rave time!)

I have another job!

So these poems that I have been posting recently are part of a new project that I plan to keep going on with until I am feeling better
Because of the morbid curiosity about mental wards and wishing to be in one (during some of my darker moments I actually contemplate it)
I would like instead to create my own mental ward

all i need is a corner
some obscure place
cobwebbed
covered

Today I went to Burke's just to look
Didn't plan on spending any money
But then I saw three periodicals from the University of Memphis literary department
And they were each only two dollars, so I had to cave in and get those
I searched and searched and searched in poetry, trying to find a diamond in the rough
But I could find none

The reason that I found this amazing song is because I bought Charles Boudelaire's Flowers of Evil book of poetry today
Although the copy I have is titled Fleurs du Mal (same thing only in French)
It has the original french text in the back and one of the more widely loved translations for the english part

Went a little crazy and bought some Amazon books today
I wont buy any other books for a while since I got five, but my reasoning to splurging is that I can't find these books anywhere else
