Two years ago we lost a brilliant spark and it feels like the whole world changed for so many people, mine included.  She was hit by the firetruck collision on the 30th of March 2009.  She was still concious ( just barely ) when she was delivered to the hospital ... but was in a coma by the end of the evening / start of the next morning.
