So, here's a little fic I wrote for you, keep your fingers crossed - I've never tried an LJ cut before so I hope it'll work...

Glad you like! It's a silly idea that's been floating in my head for a while now, but I'm the queen of procrastination - I put off getting round to doing anything FOREVER! But when I saw it was thought_ribbons' birthday, I knew I had to actually do something so I got typing. It wound up being longer than I expected!

Thanks for the encouragement! Now I just have to decide whether to post the two I've got to any communities (and if so, figure out how to do it!)

I have two more half-written that I started last year, but they both went a bit wrong. One I managed to switch tenses halfway through, then it took a left turn and I couldn't get it to go back in the right direction for the ending I want, the other is just being plain difficult. Maybe I'll give them another try when I don't have a pounding headache!
