Jack's so used to them, I think he sometimes forgets they're there!

I wondered what would happen if he tried climbing a tree with his braces on, so I wrote this =)

I love putting the boys in silly situations!

Seriously, they are so real and normal. I don't know how you do it!!! They are so adoringly cute and very much in character but not doing the world saving overly dramatic things we are used to seeing. It's like a bonus glimpse of behind the scenes!

I want to read every single word of every single thing and at the same time I want to make it last and last. This is my usual "I love this writer, I love this writing" dilema.

You sound rather like me - when I'm reading something I really like, I try to make it last.

To me, Jack & Ianto are very much an ordinary couple who happen to have rather less than ordinary jobs, but they make the best of things and just deal with whatever weird stuff they have to. All but one of my fics is set in the same universe, though I tend to think of the Nosy-Verse fics as coming after all the others. The odd one out is 'A Hero's Return', which was the first fanfic I started but the tenses went wonky halfway through, so I left it for over a year.

I just really wanted Jack to be stuck up a tree, because I love putting him in really daft situations so Ianto has to rescue him!

Hopefully, I'll eventually have time to write more silly, fluffy fun, both with and without Nosy (who has pretty much taken over my brain by being too damn cute for its own good!)

Jack's good at solving complicated problems, but simple solutions just seem to escape him! I just loved the idea of Ianto having to rescue Jack from a silly situation =)

I think Ianto climbed trees a lot when he was little just to get away from everyone and get a bit of peace and quiet. I can picture him up a tree with some comics or a good book, escaping from real life among the pages.
