Poor coat no wonder it's confused. Ianto, efficient as always will catch up and be happy. Jack is really kind and considerate. He made that lady's day.

Jack loves to brighten people's days. Ianto just needs a day off to catch up, which Jack will see he gets. Coat will be glad to see Ianto happy.

He would have if there'd been time but he's been run off his feet dealing with Torchwood stuff. Jack will give him a day off to get caught up.
