Double Drabble: Housemaid

A/N: Double drabble.
Ianto’s official title was General Support Officer, which basically covered everything the rest of the team couldn’t be bothered with. In reality, he felt more like an overworked, underappreciated housemaid, although there was no way he’d ever tell Jack that. Torchwood’s leader would immediately start picturing him in a frilly apron, would probably even buy him one and try to persuade him to wear it.
Nevertheless, maid he most definitely was, washing the dishes, doing Jack’s laundry along with his own, picking up Jack’s dry cleaning when he collected his own suits, even washing the SUV every time it arrived back at the Hub looking like it had been driven through every mud puddle in South Wales.
That was what he was doing right now, in fact, saving himself some effort and taking it through the nearest car wash. He leaned back in the driver’s seat, relishing his few stolen minutes of peace and quiet. Then his phone rang.
“Ianto, where are you?”
“Getting the car washed,” Ianto snapped, annoyed at being interrupted. “That’s all I seem to do these days, wash things! Coffee mugs, clothes, cars… Next thing, you’ll be wanting me to wash you!”
“Yes, please!”
Ianto groaned.
