Summary: Ianto’s anger at the Doctor is fully justified.

A/N: Double drabble.
Now that he knew most of what had happened to Jack while he was away, it made Ianto angry to think how badly the Doctor had treated his former companion, calling him wrong, being so dismissive over his deaths and the suffering he’d endured at the Master’s hands.
It made him angrier still when the earth was stolen, and Jack willingly dropped everything to help the Time Lord, leaving what was left of his team to fend for themselves.
Ianto knew Jack believed he’d be of more use to the world fighting alongside the Doctor than holed up safely in the Hub, and he applauded his lover’s bravery in going to face the Daleks. But he hated knowing that Jack would probably be used as cannon fodder, expected to die over and over because why should his dying matter when he’d just revive again, good as new? He wished he could be there to comfort Jack through the agony of each resurrection, but understood he’d just be in the way, a liability.
Besides, he couldn’t leave Gwen to protect the Hub by herself.
But if Ianto ever met the Doctor in person, he’d set him straight on a few things!
