“So,” said Rose, once she and the Doctor were safely back in the TARDIS. “Which are worse, Cybermen or Daleks?”
“Worse? That’s like comparing apples and oranges. They’re both fruit, but that’s all they have in common. Daleks and Cybermen, they both want to get rid of every other race in the universe, but the Daleks want to kill everyone else, like the rest of us are a vermin infestation while the Cybermen want to convert everyone into replicas of themselves. Cybermen are devoid of emotion while Daleks only know hate. They’re as bad as each other, but totally different.”
