“What does this do?” Rose asked, looking at the peculiar device she’d found in the TARDIS library.
“That? Oh, it’s sort of like a movie projector for books.”
“What? That doesn’t make sense.”
“Of course it does!” The Doctor grinned. “Pick any book, slot it in the bottom there, and you can watch it like a movie.”
“Seriously?” Rose picked up a book and slid it into place, then looked at the screen. “Nothing’s happening.”
“Did you wiggle that toggle at the side?”
“No, you didn’t tell me to.” The toggle wiggled; the screen lit up… “This is so cool!”
