I love this community! It always makes me laugh...So I wanted to see if i could add to the laughter...
My friend and I were really bored one day and decided to look up some good ol' wholesome Lion King fics...
Sporking is in bold!

Basically, Shenzi makes Simba her son after Mufasa is killed by Scar. She then confronts Scar about it later. As you read ( Read more... )

'things were going dark fast and the last thing I could clearly was Scar's smiling mug.'
Maybe they mean a mug with a smiley face painted on the side. Although an evil lion having a smiley-face mug makes about as much sense as a smiling mug.

Nice sporking by the way :D

Funny thing about that...I used to have a mug that was shaped like Simba's head, and yes, it was smiling. XD

Wow, I remember those... Scar's into buying merchandise of himself?

simple, by piping it through the air ducts

Apparently the Pridelands has become much more technologically advanced since we last saw them.

XD What really gets me is the "simple"...

Haha ya~ When I read it I kindof knew what it was...but if you picture Scar holding a smiley mug..every bit of sense it makes goes out the window.

I love how they still believe the stars are spirits of the departed, but yes, air ducts and wine and checkers.

Re: the smiling mug, that actually makes sense as far as I can tell. Mug = face. (And I checked this on Word's thesaurus to make sure I wasn't making it up; oddly, you can get from face to mug but not from mug to face. Interesting.)

I lol'd at the Godfather and the air ducts. :D Yup, clearly the wild has come into the 21st century.

Ohh ya! I forgot that mug could also mean face! Thanks for that ^_^;; Though I still can't picture a smiling mug as anything but a happy coffee cup.

...how the heck would a lion in the wild be hooked up to an IV and/or heart monitor?

Not to mention the WINE, in GLASSES, and the fact that lions have apparently developed drugs to spike wine with. Not to mention airducts, tables, table cloths...

I wanna see the lions who sew the table cloths. They must have, like, opposable claws, or something.

LOL! I would like to see some table cloth sewing lions too.

They can make friends with the armored bears from His Dark Materials who make armor.

"mug" was a term used in the 1930's, in gangster movies, to mean face, usually preceeded by ugly.

...So apparently, whomever's point of view this badfic is from, is from a 1930's gangster movie. And thinks Scar is ugly.
