[The feed starts facing up towards the sky. But in a moment it tilts to reveal a rather battered and bloody looking Dende. [Needless to say, when Raven saw the feed she wasn't pleased; more scared for him, and worried as to what had happened. So, she'd used her powers pretty sharpish to find him, and within a minute or so she was kneeling next to him]

Dende-! Dende, what happened?

[She touches his face gently, not knowing the severity of his injuries. She felt awful at this point..she should have been with him, she should have helped him ( ... )

[Dende was conscious the whole time still smiling like and idiot. When he notices her start to heal him he grabs her hand]

Ah, Raven, wait a moment, let me make it a bit easier for you... No need for you to waist energy on what I can fix myself... like my spine for one thing...

[Dende closes his eyes and grimaces. Regenerating was always so painfull. He takes a few deep breaths before focusing on mending his innards. His forehead quickly became drenched with sweat and be began to writhe. All of a sudden he lets out a shout in pain as his once mangled chest snaps cracks and pops back to it's healthy state. He takes a moment to catch his breath before once again going back into the writhe and shout routine. only this time there's one brief snap and a slight twitch of his legs.

He relaxes and lets out a deep sigh, smiling again. It was much easier to breath now]

There we are... everything vital is back where it should be.

[Dende looks around now, considerably more tired now, but in less pain]

So... Raven... where is this?

[Raven lets him do as he wishes, wincing a little when she hears his bones snapping and cracking back in place. In an effort to comfort him, she holds his hand tightly, wanting to take his pain for him.

No matter.... but I wasn't aware you could heal others Raven, I thought that was a skill unique to me.

Author thought it would be amusing... if I was 30 years older. Not that I'm complaining... I wouldn't have been able to handle something like this... as a child...

[Dende forces himself onto his back letting out a hiss in pain, so he could at least make proper eye contact with his old friend. He looks up and smiles, still giddy about his victory over death]

Well my spine's broken, and the right part of my cest is in pretty bad shape. I can probably fix my back, but I don't have the energy to do much else...

Gohan didn't have to try hard to sense Dende's ki sense he was already pretty familiar with it. But when he actually reached his friend it wasn't what he expected. This looked like some other Namek.

"D-dende...what..." that was about as coherent as Gohan was going to get. He'd just seen Zarbon alive. Now this.

[Dende looks up a bit curiously at first, but smiles once he sees who it is. It had been a while since he's seen Gohan quite that small. He chuckles and rolls on his back letting out a hiss in pain, but quickly plasters that kind smile back on his face]

Gohan... It's been a long time since I've seen you so small... have you been fairing well here so far?

Ah... I think my spine is broken... or at least disloacted. Nothing a little regeneration can't fix. Don't you worry about a thing alright?

[He reaches up and gives Gohans head a good pat. He was going to try and conserve his energy a bit more but he would regenerate earlier then planned if Gohan was absolutely distraught about it.]
