OK so my wrist is still really bugging me but my mental health seems to be on the up. I feel a lot more like myself, I'm eating better, I'm sleeping better. It's amazing what having a good routine can do for you. I got up this morning, did a bit of the work-out video I've been following - I can do a little more each day - and showered.
