OK so my wrist is still really bugging me but my mental health seems to be on the up. I feel a lot more like myself, I'm eating better, I'm sleeping better. It's amazing what having a good routine can do for you. I got up this morning, did a bit of the work-out video I've been following - I can do a little more each day - and showered. I'm now sitting here, eating porridge with honey and raisins, and rambling about fuck all in this 'post an entry' box.






Since I still can't work (mumble-bloody-grumble), my to-do list for today looks something like:
Go to library
Send out ebay parcels
Get inbox down to 320
Get to page 100 of Casual Vacancy
Clean & tidy living room

to-do list, the morning wibble, clark gregg, health, scarlett johansson, amanda tapping, emma watson, depression
