Pork and noodle stir-fry

recipe serves 4 - not suitable for freezing

Ingredients
400g lean minced pork
1 bunch spring onions, sliced
2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
5 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp caster sugar - we used halfspoon
2 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
juice of 1 lime
200g cooked thin rice noodles
handful of mint or coriander leaves, roughly chopped

Wow. This would have been a great recipe to have on hand earlier this week when I was trying to figure out a new way to do ground pork. But. Um. What is caster sugar?

A quick google tells me you guys call it superfine sugar
