If she ends up going through a chewing phase while teething, I recommend Nylabones.
Kong toys are really good for hiding treats in as a puzzle. She probably won't need as much entertainment as my corgi, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
I've also been meaning to mention that there is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel on our street named Amelia, and her owner is training her in agility. They have a little course set up outside.

Cavaliers are supposed to be really smart and easy to train because they just want to please so badly, so they're great for specialty training to keep them fit and challenged. When she's older we may do something like that with her.
