All right, you are the ONLY person I can talk to about this show, let's get into it...

Please remind me what is going on with that gif?

Regardless of who I ship, I loved Elena's letter to herself. (And honestly, after leaving off the show for a good season-and-a-half, and I don't know if I'll ever go back and watch s4/s5, I don't know who I ship any more...Other than Bonnie&Damon and Matt Donovan&Everyone.)

I don't know how to feel about Ivy as a vampire. Because I definitely wasn't invested enough in her to spend however long on Stefan mentoring her. All I want out of Stefan this year is Stefan & Caroline. (Sorry I'm not sorry, I ship therefore I am.)

The gif is from 1x03 "Friday Night Bites" when Damon has crashed Stefan and Elena's dinner party and then he's hanging out with her in the kitchen, cleaning up. He's casually bringing Katherine up again, and he reveals that she died. And Elena tells him she's sorry because he "lost her, too." And you totally see him pause. And think. And something begins to change ( ... )

Ah, I am so discouraged with the thought of Matt Donovan ever having a real love interest. IMO, Zach Roerig has chemistry with EVERYONE, but I just want it to be like...like, he's someone's prince charming (because he seriously is Prince Charming, incarnate). Like, not that he's the 'safe choice' or whatever, but that someone recognizes him for the devastatingly handsome, bone-liquefying sexy he is, and that, okay, maybe he doesn't have any supernatural shit to deal with but he's had a genuinely rough life and he needs love dammit!

Using this icon again, because I need an update on my TVD icons.
