I'm sorry I just got this idea in my head after reading this... It's about Souji knowing everything, but not necessarily Social Link related...

Though shocked by the discovery that Naoto-kun was in fact Naoto-chan (wait what?) the focus quickly went to fighting his... her... its? shadow. Astro Boy? Really? Souji got hit by a well placed ziodyne with an incompatible persona and... a piece of paper flew out of his pocket and into Yukiko's hand
