It sounds like you need someone to share it with to show off your work. I wish I could come over and eat it with you. However, flight time alone might make that a silly idea. It also sounds like you're being down on yourself for not blackberrying more, which is probably unnecessary. The being down on, at least.

I feel like it's wrong to let an August/Sept pass without at least one attempt at blackberrying. And blackberrying is pointless if you waste the berries.
