I dunno, I'm not too savvy on epic levels but if I remember right characters get a +1,+2 to a stat every four levels. Now assuming this player managed an 18 in literally all stats at first level, she still has 31 extra points to account for. So, that could mean around 15 increments of four, leading to. . .

Damn, I should not do math this late, scary stuff. Let's just agree with that 27.

She's got 0 CON. Now, I don't know the rules governing liches, but even for an undead creature, isn't 0 CON a bad idea? Like, a deader than undead idea?

Undead don't have constitution in 3rd ed D&D. It's a measure of how alive you are; undead get more hit points to make up for it.

Exactly what nekomata said; They're immune to most things that would require a CON modifier/Fort saves, and I believe that Concentration is modified under CHA for them.
