Well it seems like she made it through the huge jump before that in the line. So even though no helmet (dumb) I'd say that's a damn good bit of riding.

Mostly I'm just impressed with the horse, that's big jump coming off a big jump and he's making it look easy. Rider seems to be fine, if stupid for not wearing a helmet.

Yea... The only thing wrong with this picture is the lack of a helmet.

Stacey Westfall is famous for reining without a saddle or bridle. If you can do it in reining, why can't you do it in jumping?

Also that horse is gorgeous.

One could argue that jumping is more dangerous/risky than reining, considering usually you're not several feet even higher off the ground with obstacles to get hung up on or smash into. Either way, riding without a helmet EVER is just stupid to me.
