+ "Never Leave Me" - all their conversations ("Soul's not all moonbeams and penny whistles, love), her feeding him the bagged blood, and the big speech scene ("I believe in you, Spike"), all of which I think of as one extended scene
+ "Show Time" - the look on both their faces when she comes for him. Nothing could ever be that perfect. That scene is more than I ever hoped for for the two of them.
+ "Intervention" - the closing scene ("That was real")
+ "Afterlife" - the look on Spike's face when she comes down those stairs and then the way he holds her hands (plus the confession later: "Every night I save you.")
+ "First Date" - Buffy explaining to Giles why she chose to remove Spike's chip ("He can be a good man, Giles. I feel it.")
+ "School Hard" - Spike watching Buffy dance
+ "Tabula Rasa" - Falling into their relationship ("Ready Randy?" "Ready Joan?") and talking while she's straddling him ("A vampire with a soul? Oh my god, how lame is that ( ... )

I adore that moment. It kinda says everything that Buffy would go to him like that when, in previous seasons, she might just have glanced at him then walked away.

1 - number 1, all time, top Spike/Buffy scene is from 'Becoming II' where they do that gorgeously screwed up piece of tag team lying to Joyce about being in a band and then segue into a much smoother tag team put down on Angelus's lurking vamp. I think I love that one so much because this is almost the first time they have spoken when they haven't been trying to kill eachother and still it works. Spike can riff off Buffy's cues even though he has no real reason to be considerate of Joyce or Buffy's relationship with Joyce. He plays along. It has seeds of so many of their best moments later on and shows off their great dynamic so very well.
2 - I'm joining the chorus for Intervention. There is so little tenderness ever from Buffy towards Spike (when spell free) that this one has to be special. Although if I could move that bloody lettering from 'Once More With Feeling' I might change my mind ( ... )

YES! I adore that kiss, and I get irritated when the "The End" blocks it.
