... oookay. That's a lot! I'll try to be a little offbeat and leave some of the biggies for others.

1. What are your top 10 Spike/Buffy scenes?
Becoming #2: meeting on the hood of the car (and all that follows)
No place like home: Out for a walk, Bitch
Into the woods: Spike doesn't know how to deal with having shown Buffy what Riley's doing
Spiral: now might be a good time for something heroic
Lessons: I tried to cut it out
First Date: awkward hallway conversation with Buffy in a camisole
First Date: Spike turns up at the restaurant
End of Days: you're shirty, and you helped me save the world
... oh okay, and The Gift: presto, no barrier and Afterlife: but today doesn't count, does it? I can't leave them out, offbeat or not.

2. What is your favorite Spike/Buffy kiss?
Intervention: that was real.

3. What is your favorite episode for Spike/Buffy for each season?
s2: Becoming #2: just no contest in this season - the exchange that launched a thousand fanfics. Hello cutie!
s4: Harsh light of day: we know how to be good enemies
s5: Family (no, seriously, it's the Gift and Fool for Love, but someone else is bound to pick them): because it's Spike starting to become part of the gang, playing backup, actually helping, but still being sparky as hell and on the outside
s6: Afterlife: all that potential, however it might turn out
s7: End of Days: they're actually trying to be honest and deal. Even if it's a messy couple of half-conversations

4. Why do you think Spike didn't tell Buffy he was alive in AtS Season 5 (the character reason, not the writer's reason)?

Because he believed what he said in Chosen. She cared for him, but not enough. (This may seem unSpuffy, but it's a fair interpretation of canon - doesn't mean he's right about Buffy's views)

5. What is your favorite type of Spuffy fanfiction to read (angst, comedic, epic, what-ifs, rewrites, AU, PWP, etc.)?

AU in which Spuffy works out, but starting within canon parameters (souled post s6 and not before, for example), seeing how the relationship could have blossomed from a variety of starting points. I guess that means what-ifs, really.

And then I like some epic domesticity down the line of that working-out relationship (but that mainly means I like the Barbverse, rather than the genre!).
