remember that in frightful, shaking, terrifying moments, it's just what we wanted, just what we asked for. the only awful part of it is forgetting who we are and what we came for. when i remember though, i remember. it feels so good. i asked for this so many times.

i think we tear ourselves apart to see what's keeping us together and at shock and amazement that our flesh and bone actually exist and can be wasted. it's. all. right.

when if we destroy anything inside of us, the only way it's not in vain is if we materialize it... writing, painting, photographing, singing... being conductors.
