Anyhow i went to Trader Joes and got ingredients to make Spinach, Goat Cheese & Shrimp Pizza... on whole wheat crust of course.  TJ's s so far away but i think tonite's din-din will make the trek worth it. plus on the way there was a giant office building that was evacuated and there were literally 20+ firetrucks, and all the zillion office people
