Renovations work on the house is finally starting. Woohoo! Bored at the house right now while waiting for various contractors to come over so I took some before photos of my room. Will post after photos once renovation has been completed, hopefully in about 6 weeks time.

Wow. The room is massive! I would kill for that amount of space. Where are you putting up in the meantime then?

We're currently living in a rental apartment. It's pretty cramped here though so we are really looking forward to moving!

It's my parents' house which we are going to stay in for the time being coz they are still living in New Zealand. We will get our own place later on after they move back to Singapore.

My parents offered us their room which is even bigger coz they are hardly in Singapore. But I'm used to my room and it feels too weird to sleep in another room. :p

We are not going to do too much coz hopefully we will be moving out to our own place in a few years. Using our furniture from Sydney so it will mostly be dark wood and cream. Haven't decided what colour should the feature wall be though.
