And it finally begins..
Renovations work on the house is finally starting. Woohoo! Bored at the house right now while waiting for various contractors to come over so I took some before photos of my room. Will post after photos once renovation has been completed, hopefully in about 6 weeks time.
The bed will be against this wall. Probably gonna make it a feature wall.
All windows to be replace with triple glazed glass windows. Automatic curtains to be installed at the windows on the left.
French doors to the balcony will be removed, plantation blinds to be installed. Floor to be made level and covered with timber floorboards so that the balcony area becomes part of the room and not a seperate room. This will be our study area.
Our tv and home theatre system will be against this wall. Might custom build cabinets for extra storage.
Wardrobe doors to be changed for a more modern look. Unfortunately no space in the room for a walk in. :(
Bathroom to be completely renovated. Bath tub to be removed and a double shower installed. Vanity to have double sinks and a granite top.
