So, the Palms hotel is sponsoring NSYNC this year for CFTC. Does this mean the bulk of the celebrities are staying there this year, like they did with Eden Roc last year?

It was publicized in the NSYNC fanclub newsletter last year. Anybody still get those? afropuff? You're usually right up to date on these things.
