Great chapter I loved how Oliver interacted with the baby. But here is my question did Chloe have a hand in setting him up to play with the baby to help him be read.y. eitherway great update cant wait to see what comes next thx for updating

In answer to your question, no; Chloe didn't set him up to have an encounter with Charlie, that happened purely by coincidence. :-)

Chloe is so sweet and wise letting Ollie have his last night of sleep.

The flashback of how Ollie realizes he's ready to be a father is so sweet. And really like your introduction of Trent. It makes sense that Ollie would need to trust someone at QI with his secrets and I like that Ollie has a greater support system than we thought.

Looking forward to the next chapter and to meeting Baby Queen!

Chloe and Oliver have such a give and take relationship, so it's only natural that each of their thoughts is about the safety and well-being of the other. And there definitely have to be some unseen people who are in the know about all Oliver's hero antics, otherwise he'd have a hard time explaining to the board where all the money's going and what all those weird projects are! :-D

It's amazing how Chloe manages to be so calm while Ollie is so agitated, and it was really sweet letting Ollie have his last night of sleep, I love them so much !!
I love that the story is narrated through flashbacks, it makes it even more intense and the way Ollie realizes he is ready to be a father is so tender
I can't wait for the next chapter when Ollie will tell his wife that he's ready, and obviously I can't wait for our daddy's little princess :)

Admittedly I know zippo about childbirth, but three minutes apart sounds like cutting it close! I would be freaking out right along with Ollie. To Chloe's credit, she did call the doctor, so yay for her. :) It's sweet of her letting him rest. I was giggling at him parroting back her answers in disbelief. Heeee.

My heart broke for Oliver realizing the child was the same age his would have been, but it brought about a cathartic realization that he was ready to move on and that was a bittersweet moment to explore. Thanks for continuing to update this adorable story!
