Working night shifts at work has got me used to staying up late and even when I'm tired and go to bed at a decent time, I can't fall asleep. The last time I saw the clock it was just after 1 a.m. last night and I had to be up before 5 a.m. I had even taken melatonin to help me sleep, and my back was so sore that I eventually went to the recliner
