Charlotte with her wine glass is soooo sweet. The little things that capture these little people...

When I was little I spent a lot of time one summer with an old neighbor lady - she had a china cabinet FULL of silver birch and I thought it was the prettiest thing I ever saw. When Jack and I got married, his mom gave us a tea set of Silver Birch, which was a wedding gift to *her* many years ago. Since then, I've inherited my great-grandma's antique china cabinet, and we've bought or been gifted pieces of Silver Birch to add to our place settings.

A very Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! Looks like you had a wonderful time, sorry to hear that some of you were under the weather. :(. My fiance's fighting off a bad cold.

Kim is your spittin'image! But, I bet you hear that all the time. Tell her to be careful with the piercing. I used to have one and swallowed the small ball bearing that was keeping it in place, and then just let it grow over. I've also heard horror stories about how they can get infected..eek. Thankfully, it's rare.
