Get it together Beast.  So this new job has been kicking my butt.  I haven't been able to get to a computer in a while.  I get paid next week so either with this paycheck or my next next check I'm gonna buy a computer.  Then I have to start paying my mom back and blah blah blah.  Anyways, I need to get it together.  A few days ago I woke up and ( Read more... )

dont be ashamed of 1400, it sounds like we have similar workout styles and ive found that if i want to actually look good as well as stay skinny, i NEED to eat a little more so i can actually have the energy to work out as well as the protein necessary to gain muscle, etc. even though it feels nice to be like 'oh i only ate this many calories today' i always remind myself that as long as you end up netting a low number, even if its through just exercising off the excess that you eat, it still counts as having a low calorie amt for the day. i dont know if that helps, but thats how i think about it at least...

Actually that did help a lot. A little 'ding' sound went off in my head haha. So maybe my 800 - 1000 plan isn't too bad. Just as long as I exercise and I end the day with a lower number.
