"I'm not even supposed to be here today!"

I'm so tired. (cue Chris Rock...) Tired, tired, tired, tired, tired. We're really bogged down at work, so it's been nonstop captioning all week.

I realized some time last night that Tuesday was my one-year anniversary on this job. Whoo hoo! At least I got to spend it captioning a show I like, America's Next Top Model. (OMG, Miss J & Tyra's gospel ( Read more... )

Damn. You are one dedicated girl! I'd have passed that tape by on my way out to my car! Are middle-of-the-night deliveries normal?

What's your schedule like for the end of the month? Specifically the 24th - 29th? Ours is pretty packed, but if we can manage, I'd love to try to see you. Let me know.

Shut up! I watched that What About Brian show last spring and liked it! I'm looking forward to the premiere! Now leave me alone, I've got to go watch The Unit (and many other soon to be cancelled shows where I am apparently the only viewer - HELLO, did anyone but me watch Pepper Dennis? Yeah...I thought so.)! ;P

Watching Alona made me jealous, the clowns really creeped me out, and Jared's accent turns me on. As does his long hair. Grrr!

That was some fight, and some beating Dean gave The Impala.

I am so sorry that work is kicking your ass, perhaps some retail therapy will help you out? You should buy that lavender make-up case from Sephora.

Must run, Boobs is coming for a visit. What are you doing this weekend? Come join us!

I have to confess I actually went out and bought-- with actual money-- the S2 soundtrack for 'Grey's Anatomy'-- and I still like the Snow Patrol song too. (It was on sale...)

Go on and laugh. I'm all over it. *g*

BTW-- Amy is supposed to be on David Letterman tonight. She wrote a new book! Go, Amy!

I hear you on the work yuck. I hope the OT money is pretty, though... I took a huge lump when I followed the mandatory progression to salary a few years ago. The more I work, the less I make.

Humbug

Yay for Gillian Anderson eating that bug!

Smile Time

I want my very own puppet Angel.

Oh, but here's the suckiest thing that ever did suck: getting a tape delivered as you are literally walking out the building's front door at 1:15 a.m., then staying at work until 1:30. [Note: my shift ends at midnight.] And it wasn't even a show I like; it was "What About Brian," which is too cool to tote around a question mark. Somehow, this is all JJ Abrams' fault.

For a moment I thought you capped the whole show in 15 minutes, and I imagined it going something like this: "So Brian says something, and then someone else does, and THIS SHOW SUCKS. I'm going home."

I have also wondered about the bent left leg. It's probably just because it looks freaky, or something.
