Boy names for Elizabeth?

We are having baby #5. Also our 5th boy. I have had it planned since my first pregnancy that if I have a girl then her middle name would be Eliza after my mom Elizabeth. Well, after finding out our 5th is another boy I am going to assume that my chances of ever having a girl are slim to none

I think that any name that starts with Eli- would work. Elias, Elis, Elian, Elie, Eliot.

Echoing the other suggestions here.

For an out there option, Elisha is uncommon but not unheard of as a boy's name, and comes from the sameish roots as Elizabeth, but it's usually pronounced 'e-LY-sha'.
