Tonight's dinner
I followed this recipe:
Except I used feta cheese and mango peach salsa. It was the only recipe I could find for the weird squash I found at the store (sunburst squash) and wanted to make something different.
I served it up with stuffed roast pork and salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and chipotle ranch dressing.
Every bit of it was freaking -

There was much beer consumed, many toasts.
