A lot of these made me nod my head, a few of them made me tilt it to the side, and one made me shake it.

If technology and science improve over time and past technology and science become obsolete, why isn't this the same for arts?

C'mon. I have trouble believing that you think that this is truly a valid question. I mean, maybe, but...

I think it's not the same for art because art doesn't necessarily "improve," but just "changes" over time.

No, I don't think it's valid, per se. I guess what I meant is something more along the lines of "What if the arts DID improve consistently the same way?" or maybe "Maybe the arts DO improve the same way, and we're just biased." Really what I was thinking about is "Why do so many artists lose their sense of history?"

Maybe I'll edit it.
