Yeah well. I’ll be one of the little pretty malcontents to have an opinion on this. First of all, if I friend you, think of it as we share the same industry, therefore logically it’s assumed we could have things in common. It’s akin to actors friending every single one of their co-stars. And nothing’s wrong with that, is there? Personally, if you ( Read more... )

I felt it needed to be said. There are more than a few new faces and if that was one of their first experiences here, it's a bad one. I wouldn't say models are more transitory than the actors or musicians. We just see it more because there are so few of us.

I'll bet Matt is very welcoming. Think you could point him in my direction too? I kid, Kate, but it was out there. It wouldn't be me if I didn't take it.

From what I heard, not very many people took the time to put anyone up for nomination in a lot of those categories. So of course the nominees reflect the choices of the ones who made the effort in the first place. Hell, from what I can see, a group of five friends could have gathered together to nominate each other and all five would have been in the running. I just think it's pointless to be disappointed when the effort wasn't made to begin with, you know?

I don't know, James. You might have a couple who are closet rebels. Should be interesting to see at the very least.

When you're in London and I'm not busy playing computer games.

Obviously computer games take higher priority. I'm in New York for...quite a bit, actually. Because I say so or something like that.

Never once did I say I hated anyone, darling B. I'm not hostile, I'm straightforward. If you view it as hate or hostility that's your read and not necessarily my intention. What I would and do actively hate is the ones who share my/our profession who come and go quicker than a new line and feel the need to add everysinglemodel with a journal.

I have no problems with masturbation. I encourage it. I actively participate in it. I just prefer not to bear witness to it if all I get is a tease of something great followed by an infinite silence thereafter.

Then I suppose it's on me that I misunderstood, lovely A. I'm not afraid to say exactly how I feel, something you can probably relate to, no? I agree it's a shame those who are in our line of work tend to come and go, but maybe we can just write that off to people being too fucking lazy to actually put any effort into it. I know I'm around even though anyone outside our bijou circle knows fuck all about me. I'm good with improvisation so it's no skin off my nose.

I think there should be more posts about masturbation followed by actual content of the x-rated variety, but then again, you have to take into account that I'm really fucking nosy like that.

Naturally I'm not afraid to say how I feel so I could never deny someone else the same comfort. I direct your attention to my entries on February 4th and February 6th of last year for model profession discussion. For what it's worth, I'd probably like to have sex with you too. It's a job hazard. To sate you for a start, x-rated discussion, my entire journal is far from a family friendly zone. james_haven can always be counted on for cocktalk too; December 14th 2003 is a personal favorite.

I will say women broke new ground on this. Looks like all us men are riding into mbp on your collective coattails. Not that I'm apologizing for it. Soy opportunista. But. I'll take your journal recommendation and any others you want to throw my way. At the end of the day, there's only so much shoptalk you can handle, right?

Haha I could say something like "Masturbation? What is that?" but obviously I had my fair share of that tonight. You saw my cocksucking post.

Anyway, I haven't caught up with any of the silly drama hanging around the polls. I've had too many things to deal with lately that such an insignificant thing is not worth my attention. I'll vote and then get out. Done and done.

And finally, I agree with you. Being laid back and relaxed is quite important.

I think it's honest. You even named names. Now if that doesn't take bald nerves, then I just don't know. My motto on life is to take names and point the finger as often as possible. It may not be productive, but it's sure as hell not boring.

I'll vote sooner or later this week even if I don't know what the hell's going on.

Zen, baby. It's the perfect lead in to everything tantric.

Honesty. That's what I've been trying to get at for the past few days. Yeah, I do have balls. I say something and I'll stick with it. It's a good motto though. I can imagine having lots of fun with it.

I skipped out on some of the polls though because I didn't know what was going on and didn't want to just randomly put a name in.

Don't even get me started on the word tantric, Santos.

Is it working for you? The whole "I'll take him, please" thing?

What's wrong with talking about having a fantastically long fuck, Shannon? I think people need to talk about it all the time.
